DELIVERABLES

• Walk through of your space and/or review any plans you may have

• Gather an understanding of your brief and budget

• Discuss our process and any initial ideas or constraints

• Follow up with a welcome pack on ‘what to expect’ as well as our fee proposal outlining the agreed scope of works and our terms.

• If we are the right fit, our team get cracking on the initial design concept stage

We flesh out your design concept, which will provide a road map for your project. By the end of this stage you will have a clear and confident understanding of the design direction. Get ready as the excitement kicks in!

DELIVERABLES

• Review any proposed plans you may have or arrange a check measure.

• Site meeting with relevant trades to assess any structural or budget constraints that may need consideration

• Create moodboards indicative of the design intent, colour palette and key materials

• Floorplan and furniture layout

• Schematic 3D plans

We further refine the concept design as we prepare your detailed design and documentation package. Timeframe 6-12 weeks

DELIVERABLES

• Detailed joinery plans for kitchen, living, laundry, wardrobes, vanities and other spaces

• Scaled floorplans, elevations & sections

• 3D photo realistic renders

• Detailed schedule for all fixtures, fittings & materials

• Prepare preliminary costings for your project

We are a valuable link between you and your builder during construction to ensure our curated interior design plans are well executed. Even with the best plans, there can be unforeseen challenges that arise!

DELIVERABLES

• Attend regular site meetings with the builder and trades at integral stages, ie tile set out, plumbing and electrical rough in, check measure & install for all joinery, stone & window furnishings

• Coodinate the procurement and delivery for joinery, window furnishing, flooring & all PC items

• Problem solve site challenges that may affect design delivery

Picking the right pieces to furnish your home is an investment, and you want to get it right the first time.

Once the build is underway, we can work with you on the selection and placement of all furniture, window furnishings and accessories.

We can help coordinate delivery and installation.

After the dust has settled, we are there to do a final walkthrough with you, taking notes of any defects that require following up with either the builder or any other contractors. It’s an exciting time when you can finally relax and enjoy your new home.
